REVERSED ORDER 248a Matt 20 Mark 210d Luke 13 Thom 4 * 16 οὕτως 30 καὶ ἰδοὺ
ἔσονται* εἰσὶν οἱ ἔσχατοι ἔσχατοι πρῶτοι οἳ ἔσονται* πρῶτοι, καὶ οἱ πρῶτοι καὶ εἰσὶν πρῶτοι 2 ὅτι πολλοὶ οἱ πρῶτοι ἔσχατοι. οἳ ἔσονται ἔσχατοι.
ἔσονται ἔσχατοι 3 καὶ ἔσονται ἕν μόνον.
*Note: In Matt this aphorism ends a parable; in Luke an aphoristic cluster.
The fragment in the gospel of Thomas is in the middle of an aphoristic cluster.To facilitate comparison of texts I have retro-translated the Thomas' saying from Coptic to Greek using Michael Grondin's literal interlinear translation of GThomas
